Time-of-Use Rates

Residential-only customers under the Electric Vehicle Charging General schedule are eligible for the TOU-EV-1 rate. Applicable to Single-family dwellings concurrently served under a Domestic (D and DO) schedule. This schedule is not applicable to customers receiving service under Schedule DM or DMS. This schedule is not applicable to commercial residents.

Commercial-only customers under the Electric Vehicle Charging General schedule are also eligible for this rate. Customer monthly maximum demand must be greater than 20kW but not exceed 500kW. Any customer installing EV charging facilities whose maximum demand is less than 20 kW is ineligible for this rate and must take service under TOU-EV-2. Any customer installing EV charging facilities whose maximum demand is greater than 20kW is ineligible for this rate and must take service under TOU-EV-3. This Schedule is not applicable to residential residents.
